Non-GMO and sustainably grown, lupins use minimal water to grow, making them super low-maintenance. Absorbing phosphates from the soil while putting nitrogen back in to the ground, they require less fertilisers and resources than other crops.

A heavenly match for keto and low-carb dieters, Australian lupins also boast the lowest GI (Glycaemic Index) of any commonly consumed seed and are packed with nutritional goodness.
